"Learn from a Master" is a series of master classes by musicians, producers and engineers covering all facets of the music business.

The artists who have appeared since the series began in 1996 include:

masters

Created by John "Ratso" Gerardi - his homage to a lifetime of studying and teaching guitar - the series brings the best of music's touring and behind-the-scenes masters to the more serious students and aficionados in Fairfield County, Connecticut and Westchester County, New York.

Master classes, which are limited to 30 students to foster an intimate, family atmosphere, are held weekday evenings from 7 to 9, followed by a homemade dinner to the artist's taste served by the host.

Virtuoso Steve Khan, on his master class:
"I just wanted to again say, 'Thank You!,' for putting on my class. Having done so many of these events, I can tell you that yours was run on the highest level. The facility was terrific, you worked hard to get the word out and, best of all, the whole event had a kind of family feel to it, which is so very hard to achieve . . . on that end -- a tribute to you."
